These terms govern the use of EC Studio, a social media management tool operated by EC Web Design (https://ec-webdesign.fr).
1. Service
EC Studio lets the EC Web Design team prepare, schedule and publish posts and videos on the social accounts (including TikTok) of clients who have authorized it. EC Studio is not offered to the public.
2. Authorization
A TikTok account is connected to EC Studio only by its owner, through TikTok Login Kit. The owner can revoke this access at any time. No video is published on TikTok without the owner’s approval.
3. Content
Clients remain the owners of their content and are responsible for complying with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. EC Web Design may refuse to publish content that breaks these rules or the law.
4. TikTok
EC Studio uses the TikTok API in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. EC Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
5. Data
Data is handled as described in the EC Studio Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
EC Studio is provided as part of EC Web Design’s services. EC Web Design is not liable for outages or changes of third-party platforms such as TikTok.
